A Message From Lori
Friends,
I humbly ask for your vote to serve as your 18th Judicial District Court Judge. Having served our district for over 23 years, both as a Judicial Staff Attorney and within the District Attorney’s Office, I possess a deep, practical understanding of our local legal system.
I am a resident of Plaquemine, and was married for 23 years to the late Professor of Law and Pastor Roederick White, Sr. I earned my law degree from Southern University Law Center, and my career has included providing legal research and opinions for a district court judge, acting as a victim coordinator in the District Attorney’s Office, and serving as an Assistant District Attorney. These experiences have provided me with both working knowledge of the court system and extensive involvement in a wide variety of criminal and civil cases.
My life and work are guided by my Christian faith, which serves as my foundation for living and leading with integrity. If elected, I promise to serve with dedication and fairness, upholding the law with an unwavering commitment to justice for every citizen.
